Notice & takedown

This is a working process, not a formality. Every image on this site is stored with a record of where it came from and on what basis we published it, so we can act on a specific complaint quickly instead of guessing.

Where our images come from

Listing photographs are supplied by the merchant through the buying agent’s catalogue, and quality-control photographs come from that agent’s warehouse records for completed orders. Each stored image carries its source URL, a rights note and a content hash. Public visibility of a photo on a source platform is not the same as permission to reproduce it, and we treat it that way: if you tell us an image is yours and should not be here, we remove it.

Sending a notice

To let us act without a follow-up round trip, include:

1. The exact URL or URLs on this site — one per item, not a whole category.
2. Identification of the work or mark, and your relationship to it.
3. Where the original appears, if it is online.
4. A statement that you believe the use is not authorised.
5. Your contact details and an electronic signature.

Send it through the contact address published in the site footer of our repository record. Please put the word TAKEDOWN in the subject line.

What happens next

• We aim to act within 5 business days. Straightforward image complaints are usually handled the same day.
• Removal is done by taking the listing out of the published set, so the page returns a real410 Gone rather than being silently blanked. We do not leave a stub behind.
• We keep a record of the notice and the action taken.

Trademark complaints

We do not name brands in our own descriptions, precisely to avoid implying an association we do not have. If a seller’s photograph nonetheless shows your mark and you want that listing removed, the same process applies — cite the URLs and the mark.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, reply on the same thread with an explanation and your contact details, and we will review it. We would rather restore something wrongly removed than have a takedown channel that only works in one direction.

Honest limitation

Publishing this page does not by itself grant us any safe harbour or immunity, and we do not claim it does. It exists because a directory that reproduces other people’s photographs needs a real, monitored way to be told to stop.
